2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
- Body Scan Data: Photos uploaded for body measurement analysis, 3D body models, and measurement results
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Paystack (we do not store card details)
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team or through the platform
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
- Camera Access: When you use virtual try-on, your camera feed is processed locally and not stored on our servers
2.3 Third-Party Authentication
If you sign in using Snapchat or other third-party services, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as authorized by you.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide Services: Generate body measurements, create 3D models, and enable virtual try-on
- Improve Accuracy: Analyze measurement data to improve our AI models (anonymized and aggregated)
- Process Payments: Handle subscriptions and one-time purchases
- Communicate: Send service updates, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support
- Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
4. Camera and Body Scan Data
Important: Your camera feed for virtual try-on is processed in real-time using Snapchat Camera Kit and is never recorded or stored. Body scan photos are encrypted and stored securely, and can be deleted at any time.
- Camera Access: We access your camera only when you initiate a virtual try-on session. The feed is processed locally in your browser and transmitted directly to Snapchat's AR engine.
- Body Scan Photos: Photos uploaded for measurement are stored encrypted on secure servers (Supabase Storage) and are only accessible by you.
- 3D Models: Generated body models are stored securely and associated with your account.
- Retention: Body scan data is retained until you delete it or your account is closed.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Supabase (hosting/storage), Paystack (payments), and Snapchat (AR processing) - all bound by strict data processing agreements
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
6. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Body scan photos are stored in isolated storage buckets with access controls
- We implement regular security audits and penetration testing
- Access to production systems is logged and monitored
