Your body data is retained only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated body measurements, photos, and 3D models are permanently removed within 30 days.
Inactive accounts with no activity for 24 months receive a notification. If no response is received within 30 days, body data is automatically deleted. Account credentials may be retained for legal compliance.
KORRA operates globally. When you use our service, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms to protect your data when it crosses borders. Our infrastructure providers maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations.
KORRA is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect body data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with body data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Users 13 and older may use the service.
