1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KORRA AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KORRA AI.

2. Description of Service

KORRA AI provides:

• AI Body Measurement: Generate body measurements from photos using artificial intelligence
• 3D Body Modeling: Create 3D body models for visualization and garment fitting
• Virtual Try-On: Augmented reality experience to visualize clothing on your body
• Tailor Connection: Platform to connect with tailors and fashion professionals

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your content, including photos, body scan data, and measurements. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2 License Grant

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating measurements, creating 3D models, enabling virtual try-on).

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material

5. Virtual Try-On & Camera Access

• Camera access is only requested when you initiate a virtual try-on session
• You may revoke camera permission at any time through your browser settings
• The AR experience is provided by Snapchat Camera Kit and is subject to their terms

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

Certain features require payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your credit card information.

6.3 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law

6.4 Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by KORRA AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Body measurements are AI-generated estimates and may not be perfectly accurate
• Virtual try-on is for visualization purposes and may not reflect exact fit
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on measurement data
• Third-party services (Snapchat, Paystack) have their own terms and policies

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KORRA AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from third-party services or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KORRA AI from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Lagos, Nigeria.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KORRA AI
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign freely
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
